About Roger Ford:
Roger Ford has been working at LinkedIn for almost 6.5 years. He has built and has been leading their Staffing Division across Canada since its inception just over 3 years ago. Prior to that he worked on the corporate side of LinkedIn, so he understands both 'sides of the fence'. On the personal front, he is married to a Scottish lass and has 2 hilarious and gorgeous children aged 2 and 4.
