ACSESS: Safe Return to Work in the Staffing Services Industry - Global HR Alliance Protocols and Best Practices

Dear ACSESS members,

As provinces across the country begin to reopen, businesses across virtually every industry will begin bringing their workforces back on site. That's great news for businesses, employees and the economy at large — but COVID-19 is far from gone. With risk of infection still looming, how can businesses go back to work safely and protect the health of their workforce and customers alike?

We are very pleased to announce that the the CEOs of three leading HR services companies have joined forces to enable companies and workers to return to work safely when the time is right.

The alliance’s actions will be based on sharing best practices on health and safety protocols, which will either need to be set-up or updated for the temporary ‘physical distancing economy’. To provide the greatest measure of certainty to workers and businesses, it is critical these practices be shared with all employers in the staffing services industry, and that new channels be created to scale effective protocols at speed.
