Bill 148 – Compliance and ACSESS Recommendations

In this session, we unpacked the recent amendments to the Labour Relations Act and the Employment Standards Act with a focus on ACSESS recommendations and how these changes should inform your customer agreements and your business practices.

As a result of our partnership with Hicks Morley, we rolled out our template resources that have been drafted with the input of our external counsel.

About Craig Rix Craig
Rix is a partner with the labour and employment law firm Hicks Morley. Craig is an advocate, negotiator, relationship-builder and problem-solver.
